General Description

For this position, a broad skillset is most important. We are looking for someone who can not only develop quality applications, but also be able to manage contractors, and assist in investigations and troubleshooting of existing applications. Applicant must be willing and able to jump in and do what is necessary to support the team.

Duties

• Gather and distill technical requirements from clients
• Convert requirements to conceptual designs, structural architectures, functional specifications and ultimately final products built by you or others
• Code web applications from front-end to database
• Review other developers’ code
• Assist in project estimation
• Assist in customer support investigations

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced Level skills to include:
  • C#
  • LINQ
  • jQuery
• Junior Level skills to include:
  • HTML 5 and CSS
  • Bootstrap
  • NoSQL
• 3+ years’ experience in Agile, iterative, and waterfall methodologies
• 1-2 years’ experience in test-driven development
• 3+ years ASP.NET experience or computer science degree
• Basic understanding of Windows Servers and IIS.

Desired Skills

• Experience with AWS including ElasticBeanstalk, Lambda, Elasticache

Environment

• Typical travel is 0-2 trips/year
