Supercharger Monitoring Specialist

Job Description

As Tesla cars become ubiquitous, the availability of Superchargers becomes vital.

Tesla customers have high expectations and deserve the best service.

We're looking for a fleet monitor agent to contribute to this effort.

This role is part of the Energy Technical Support team based in Amsterdam.

The ideal candidate is quick to respond to alerts, gather information and contact the Field Support Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a follow-the-sun support model
• React on alerts from the Superchargers Global Fleet
• React on social media messages and emails
• Investigate the issue
• Create a case and engage Field Service
• Work in the weekend on regular basis

Requirements:

• Experience in first line support or control center
• Experience with diagnostic tools and ticketing systems
• Team Player
• Fluent in English
