The Role

The EMEA Procurement team is responsible for selecting and buying all goods and services for Manufacturing, Supercharger, Service, Energy, Marketing, Logistics and Retail Development within EMEA. To support this team we are looking for an e-Procurement Lead. You will be responsible for the e-Procurement processes and system in order to streamline the operational buying of goods and services across EMEA. You work closely with the Regional Supply Managers and Tactical Buying teams who are responsible for the procurement of their commodities.

You are responsible for making sure that all e-Procurement processes run smoothly, you are the go-to person for questions from the organization on our e-Procurement system. You are super organized and can work in a hectic environment. Even in stress situations you keep yourself cool.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully manage our e-Procurement system for EMEA

  • Work closely with the e-Procurement lead for EMEA – End goal will be to replace him for his regional responsibilities
  • You form the(!) link between the EU-purchasing team, and operations (1.200 users and growing)
  • Introduce new suppliers in our systems. From the admin part to the actual implantation.
  • Maintain approved supplier list – Support our e-Procurement
  • Support the process of data collection and analyses of spend data for portfolio of commodities.
  • Develop and manage periodic purchasing metrics and management reporting based on e-Procurement
  • Work with P2P / Finance Management to identify and develop process improvement opportunities
  • You operate as an independent problem solver for all business stakeholders
  • With the e-Procurement team we work intensively with 1-2 interns who you will train and manage and guide them through our organization.

Requirements:

  • You live and breathe e-Procurement!

  • Bachelor’s level or equal, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance or the equivalent in experience
  • Min. 2 years of Purchasing, Finance or administrative experience
  • Excellent analytical and judgment skills, advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment with high demand to flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement.
  • Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • A good verbal and written ability in English and preferably another European language
  • Experienced with implementing eProcurement- or ERP-systems is a pre!
