Job Description

The New Revenue Leader is responsible for bringing in new business through a team of Account Executives, Service Line Specialists, and Inside Sales. This is a player-coach role, responsible for providing executive support to key engagements while mentoring and developing the infrastructure of people and processes to drive overall performance against annual revenue targets.

S/he will be responsible for managing the selling process including adoption & execution plans. Sales messaging includes prospect engagement strategy, identifying and developing routes to prospects, and ensuring our offer is packaged as a complete, value-added solution for prospects. The sales process includes the entire lifecycle of pipeline, opportunity, and account development.

The service being sold is Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) delivered as a fully-managed service in mid-to-large sized organizations. A focus on helping clients reduce dependence on labor for completing manual, repetitive, rules-based tasks is critical to success in this role. Other benefits to clients include reduced risk, greater compliance, and a decrease in errors and rework for critical business processes.

The successful candidate possesses a high degree of expertise in sales leadership and has a demonstrated ability to think and articulate concepts in a systematic, detailed manner. Industry experience selling or consulting with organizations likely to benefit from robotic process automation is a must: health plans, mortgage lenders, banking and financial service institutions

Essential Responsibilities

  • Hit targets
  • Determine leading KPIs to measure and report on your team’s success
  • Institute a strategy for growing an effective, scalable sales organization
  • Build systems to effectively support conversion of leads across multiple industries
  • Win deals
  • Convert prospects to clients
  • Increase the amount of work performed by our RPA service
  • Ensure strong ROI analyses are delivered to prospects
  • Coach sales team excellence
  • Rigorous pipeline management for clean reporting and performance insights
  • Develop and cultivate the right team to hit targets and win deals
  • Ensure systems and processes enable smooth hand-offs between sales and delivery
  • Ensure prospect alignment
  • Understand lines of business, processes, and overall operations
  • Establish contacts and develop relationships within target accounts
  • Work alongside client success team to ensure seamless transition of sold accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor
  • Share best practices and opportunities from your experience across pursuits
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, regulatory impacts and competitors
  • Recommend changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive threats

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Technical concentration preferred; MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a large, matrix organization for at least 10 years
  • At least 10 years of leading sales teams, including sales engineers or other specialists, and delivering at or over-quota
