Join SpotX as an Senior Account Manager, Supply Operations . SpotX, an RTL Group company, is the leading video advertising platform unifying TV and digital video globally. The manager of Supply Operations is responsible for managing and growing existing platform customer relationships across their portfolio of clients. They are the business owner of these accounts across Europe. They are responsible for maximising revenue and their relationship with SpotX via technology, strategy and demand facilitation adoption. They will have a strong understanding of technical integrations and the programmatic landscape, with hands-on experience troubleshooting, deal creation and managing reporting. With a passion of the media industry and building relationships from both a technical and commercial perspective. They will need to clearly communicate strategy and solution to grow their portfolio of accounts and have a good understanding of publisher requirements. The role is yours to make a success of with the guidance, training and support of the wider team. How you'll make an immediate impact:
  • Build & manage relationships with publishers across the video ecosystem and other 3rd party organisations
  • Educates and upsells existing partnerships to utilize the full breadth of the SpotX platform and tools and products
  • Develops sales approach to incorporate initiatives and products identified as strengths to the organisation
  • Identifies new revenue opportunities and facilitates additional yield for publishers
  • Evangelize the SpotX platform to publishers across Europe
  • Effectively communicate progress to the wider team on new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth
  • Educate and inform our client base on any new product solutions, inventory launches or other initiatives
  • Works proactively with the European and US based teams
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BSc) or 2-5 years experience in ad tech or similar fields (SaaS, platform sales etc)
  • Fluent in English & second European language, both written and oral
  • Experience and confidence in presenting to groups in a persuasive and concise manner
  • Ability to create a sales strategy and execute alongside a fast paced team
  • Other skills: competent computer skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce or other CRM systems, reporting tools and analysis
  • Experience in the video / data / CTV arena a benefit
