As Junior Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare in the Benelux, you can boost your marketing career and make your business grow! You are supporting the Philips Sonicare brand in the Benelux region; a category that is at the core of the strategy for Philips to improve people’s lives through meaningful innovation.

You’ll be focused to fully understanding the consumer, their oral healthcare needs, their motivations and translate these insights together with customer, shopper and competitive insights into defining the marketing strategy for Philips Sonicare in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. You do this supporting the Oral Healthcare marketing manager in the Benelux. This role includes supporting all the processes to launching propositions including connected (IoT), work closely together with sales, be in front of customers, help deliver on the top- and bottom line business results and work closely together with professional marketing. You are responsible for

• Help develop and execute effective long-term category and portfolio strategies as part of the marketing plan, always with the consumer in mind
• Execute the local launch plan(s) for our upcoming champion proposition in Oral Healthcare
• Drive local market data reporting, competition-, shopper- and consumer analysis to help you determine the marketing strategy based on the consumer decision journey
• Teaming up with colleagues, ensuring good communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, in order to secure the position of Philips:
  • Actively work together in the above with the Professional marketing and Key Opion Leader Manager for Oral Healthcare to drive professional marketing for the Philips Sonicare brand
  • collaborate with a cross-functional category team with digital experts, media, PR;
  • Work as part of the full commercial triangle including Sales and Trade Shopper Marketing;

You will be part of the passionate Oral Healthcare Benelux marketing team.

The Oral Healthcare team is part of the Benelux Personal Health marketing team, including other category marketeers and specialists in different marketing functions such as Digital, PR, Trade, Media and CRM. By teaming up we are proud to deliver meaningful innovation that improves people's daily lives and take pride in what the team achieves together. Your base will be in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, with regular meetings in Brussel and Amsterdam. You report to the marketing lead for this cluster of categories including Mother & Childcare, Shaving, Beauty.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master’s degree, Marketing/Business oriented
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a relevant marketing role
• Strong commercial drive and affinity for business management
• Capable to think strategic and act pragmatic and you bring a track record to show it
• Strong analytical skills
• Digital knowledge of e.g. Programmatic Marketing and Social Media
• Able to gain insights in and knowledge of market trends in B2C environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both Dutch and English is a must, French is a plus
