In this role, you have the opportunity to

develop, coordinate and execute the Benelux go to market approach for the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) cluster assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in line with the IGT Mission, vision and strategy. Reporting to the Business Marketing & Sales Leader IGT Benelux, you support the Benelux IGT team to realize the overall IGT vision, strategic objectives and targets. Working with the IGT Clinical Scientist, IGT Solutions manager, the Modality Sales and application team, you strengthen our thought and market leadership position in the Benelux by optimizing the marketing mix. You support the Business Marketing & Sales Leader IGT in the interactions with the Business, especially in market analytics, forecasting and BMC process. In addition, you will support and coach the Modality Sales Specialists and Clinical teams in the Market as a one-point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans remain aligned and on track.

You are responsible for

Delivering the local Benelux IGT strategy & execution planning including local marketing activities and target group based marketing activities to support market growth objectives. You are responsible for demand creation activities towards our defined target groups and work with partners to develop, execute and measure marketing programs and campaigns that increase awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and build pipeline and sales opportunities. You are responsible to run target group and Account Based Marketing programs, meaning you are responsible for planning, executing and measuring a range of multi-touch programs for specific audience-based (segment) accounts, including intelligence gathering, demand creation and sales enablement. You will be part of the Philips IGT team and Benelux marketing department, both high performing, dynamic and strong teams of professionals, with a great drive for results and an energetic, positive team spirit.

Marketing Plan and Execution

  • Develop the marketing and sales plan in line with the IGT vision and market strategy and targeted to specific customer groups in the Benelux Market
  • Supporting the Business Marketing & Sales Leader IGT in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions)
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing in creating the Health System Marketing Plan for the Market by providing Business specific Customer Insights and the IGT global Business Strategy and roadmap
  • Driving the Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans, including activating digital campaigns & building digital communities, events, audience engagement forums, user communities, executive advisory board, executive site visits etc.
  • Providing Market forecasts, trends and and Customer Insights
  • Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services

Perfect NPI

  • Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Local Launch Brief)
  • Responsible to form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch
  • Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy

Marketing Sales Support

  • Standardize and provide market communication and sales tools
  • Catalogue release management and optimization
  • Manage the tender database in order to optimize Benelux tender processes
  • Capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis
  • Creates localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with Marketing operations
  • Supporting sales teams with installed base analysis, background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities
  • Point of contact and “go to” resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application specialist for (pre-)sales support
  • Support Head of Marketing and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects

You are part of

The Philips Market Benelux organization, who are responsible for sales, marketing and service. You will be part of the Cluster Image Guided Therapy Benelux and will report into the Business Marketing & Sales Leader IGT. Philips IGT is the global leader in Image Guided Therapy products, solutions and services.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Technical/Marketing/Clinical Bachelor’s degree in and >5 years of industry experience and extra marketing curricula
  • Demonstrated affinity with healthcare and medical technology and or Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
  • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function
  • Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
  • Champion growth of marketers across the organization
  • Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus.
  • Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean.
  • Certified LEAN Advanced
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
