This Recruiter – Contractor is responsible for candidate generation and driving the hiring process for Shutterfly. The Manufacturing Recruiter – Contractor will work with Operations, Manufacturing and Customer Care hiring teams to build and execute innovative and creative recruiting strategies. He/she must have an understanding the marketplace and be able to manage a large quantity of candidates for a variety of requisitions.

Duties:

• Manage 30+ requisitions for manufacturing and operations teams across all Shutterfly locations
• Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobvite and other sourcing tools to identify candid­ates and generate pipeline, both active and passive, for approved openings
• Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews and face to face interviews
• Utilize MS Outlook and Jobvite applicant tracking system to set up screenings
• Research and know the local and national market for comparative roles and industries
• Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
• Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
• Manage Recruiting process from sourcing to offer and close
• Coach hiring teams and interview teams while driving a sense of urgency
• Partner with HR, Finance, Compensation and other cross functional teams to gather budget and leveling information
• Frequently provide reports on pipeline to Recruiter and hiring teams
• Assists Recruiting team in providing excellent candidate experience by greeting candidates arriving for onsite interviews
• Performs other administrative tasks, as necessary

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting and/or direct sourcing experience
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Seasonal workers is highly preferred
• Experience utilizing MS Outlook
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, third party resume databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing technologies required
• Demonstrated networking ability, including through the utilization of social media
• Ability to support multiple clients and manage shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to quickly grasp Shutterfly’s culture and convey that knowledge to potential candidates
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Team player with a high sense of urgency to interact at all levels of the organization
• Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• This is an onsite position located in Fort Mill, SC
