- Forecast and approve inventory for digital media plans
- Collaborate with Marketing to forecast and price sport sponsorship packages
- Provide assistance in the campaign optimization process with the Planning team
- Ad hoc inventory and yield analysis
- Minimum 1 year of digital media experience (preferably in inventory and operations)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Well organized and Detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel modeling)
- Seeks out partnerships across the organization to test new ideas and grow the business
- Proficiency in working in all advertising related ad serving and ad management tools (Google Ad Manager and Operative One)

The Digital Inventory and Pricing Team, a subset of the Revenue & Yield Management department of Disney Ad Sales, is responsible for the digital yield management of all Disney Ad Sales - the group acts as a consultative resource for all things Disney Ad Sales. Our primary responsibilities include digital inventory management/forecasting, package pricing and all strategy in between!
The group consistently interacts with Sales, Sales Planning/Operations, Marketing, Finance and other revenue management teams across the Disney Ad Sales Verticals.
The Digital Inventory Analyst for the Revenue & Yield Management group will primarily focus on overseeing all digital inventory aspects of Disney Ad Sales Local. Disney Ad Sales Local is comprised of eight TV Stations, consisting of individual station websites, multiple mobile and OTT apps, and numerous long form streaming video access points. Stations are located in NY, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, SF, Raleigh & Fresno. The group also supports Localish platforms and other distribution channels. The responsibilities will include forecasting, managing, and approving ad inventory for digital media plans, assisting in campaign optimization/yield management, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and members of Disney Ad Sales. The analyst must be a team player and take a solution-oriented approach to their work. The analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing large data sets – must have experience using multiple reporting tools and possess advanced excel knowledge.
