Our team is made up of ambitious, driven, and customer focus leaders with experience building products at market leaders and building early-stage start-ups. We're looking for a small group of incredibility talented and driven product managers to help lead in this effort.

The Role

As a group product manager, you will be responsible for leading a product team to define, test, and deliver a strategy that challenges banking today while making a material impact on customers and the business. To be successful, you will need to bring demonstrable leadership and management skills, creative vision, superior problem-solving skills, and have the ability to get things done. What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of product managers to deliver against a set of customer needs and business objectives
  • Complete customer and industry research to test hypotheses, identify consumer pain points and validate potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with a talented group of designers to define the product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Translate research and product metrics into hypotheses, product requirements and detailed user stories.
  • Lead the product through the various gates, including operations, fraud, risk, legal and compliance.
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize the roadmap, work through challenges, and build, test, launch and optimize the new product experience.
  • Continuously track key metrics and validate the success of the product/features, while creating new hypotheses to kick-start the lifecycle again.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years’ experience building and shipping consumer software products. You’ve had many experiences defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design, engineering and product research, and shipping at scale
  • 2+ years’ experience directly managing high-performing product teams with demonstrable and measurable results
  • Leadership. Proved ability to lead a group of hungry product manager to build well-loved products and drive results for the business
  • Empathetic towards the customer with the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes
  • Hustler with a willingness and appetite to do what it takes to take the product from concept to launch, while also being comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experienced in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, competitors and marketing analysis, defining metrics) and funnel tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill behavioral data (e.g., funnels, cohorts, raw data sets) into actionable insights
  • Sharp. You think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and are always one step ahead
  • Technical. Understanding of technical problems, how to break down the work involved in solving them, and the impact of those decisions on engineering
  • Preferred: product management experience with a leading tech company or an early/growth stage funded startup

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
