Oversees the planning, design, implementation, organization, and operation of the company's network. Analyzes the needs of departments and establishes priorities for network design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's networks and applications
Lead customer deployments in CHCS which involes the Interfacing with Project manager teams, Customer contacts and additional Engineers. Responsible for Building of CUCM, Test and Turnup and complex MACD ( Moves, Adds and Changes) to platform. Must have good communication skills

Qualifications

Required Skills, etc: Experience level - 8+years; Requires advanced technical knowledge and programming skills related to AVAYA / Unified Communications Manager (CUCM/CCM/CallManager), Unity Connections, CUCDM/Voss, IM/Presence & Jabber, Cisco Voice Gateway (MGCP, H323, SIP) & SRST configurations, CUBE-SP, virtualization, and fundamental data networking experience; • Technically proficient in the area of voice networking and Cisco IPT equipment configuration, specifically: CUCM(Cisco Unified Call Manager), Unity Connections (Voice mail), Presence, CUCDM/Voss, Cisco Voice Gateway (MGCP, H323, SIP), Jabber, CUBE-SP, and SRST configurations • In-depth knowledge of tools, processes and procedures for Network Engineering. • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor to enable communication at all levels. • Flexible work hours, as deployment activities are normally scheduled for Outside of normal business day times, including weekends
Bachelor Degree. Candidate should have technical knowledge /experience with Avaya and Unified Communications Voice services. Candidate must exhibit leadership skills in order to maintain team focus on meeting client deliverables. Excellent customer interface skills are essential. Ability to work independently and instill a sense of ownership with direct reports around client work requests. Ability to manage team performance utilizing defined metrics. Analyze existing processes for opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, automation opportunities, reduce costs and improve speed of delivery.
