You have business process experience enabling you to keep high level strategy in mind while managing specific requirements across multiple systems and caring for “voice of the user”. You are able to identify opportunities for future enhancements that align with high level strategy and assist with building business cases for enhancements to drive highest business value from available IT capital funds. You have the ability to translate technical requirements into UAT test cases and training materials that deliver both business value and an efficient/effective user experience. You would act under the direction of the Manager of Delivery Architecture, ensuring decisions impacting individual requirements are consistent with high level strategy and roadmap. Representation on Clarity CCB/IR calls and as L&D liaison ensuring decisions care for all impacted users, prioritizing based on objective business impact and alignment with high level business strategy.
