What you’ll be doing...

The Business Analyst role is required as part of the Delivery Architecture team. The team is responsible for ensuring the Delivery Architecture strategy is successfully implemented across multiple product categories (Converged Services/advanced labor, CPE, and standard labor).

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for:

• Day to day support of user community as Tier 1 support for Clarity, including participation in Clarity Change Control Board and Incident calls.
• Representing the “the voice of the user” helping to identify new enhancement opportunities that deliver value to the business that are aligned with the overall Delivery Architecture strategy.
• Supporting the Business Architect with process of detailed requirements definition, perform business acceptance testing, and training material development.
• Acting as primary point of contact and liaison with Learning & Development as content SME for new content required to support enhancements and ensure existing material is reviewed and updated periodically.

What we’re looking for...

You have business process experience enabling you to keep high level strategy in mind while managing specific requirements across multiple systems and caring for “voice of the user”. You are able to identify opportunities for future enhancements that align with high level strategy and assist with building business cases for enhancements to drive highest business value from available IT capital funds. You have the ability to translate technical requirements into UAT test cases and training materials that deliver both business value and an efficient/effective user experience. You would act under the direction of the Manager of Delivery Architecture, ensuring decisions impacting individual requirements are consistent with high level strategy and roadmap. Representation on Clarity CCB/IR calls and as L&D liaison ensuring decisions care for all impacted users, prioritizing based on objective business impact and alignment with high level business strategy.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, basic formulas and charts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies required.
• Working knowledge of Clarity and SAP required.

Even better if you have:

• CAPM/PMP/PMI or PBA Certification(s)
• Strong team building/facilitation skills required.
• Business process/analytics skills required to build business case justification for enhancements that would feed into prioritization and capital planning process.
