Job Description

Primary Purpose:
The Sr. e-Pro Account Manager is responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, closing, and growing, mid to large e-procurement business customers of Lowe’s. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a focused sales team along with developing relationships across functional areas such as Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, Supply chain and IT in large, complex businesses. The candidate will also have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals along with the ability to effectively present to c-suite executives.
*This is a remote position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a territory customer account management plan
  • Report on prospect onboarding pipeline and customer spend adoption
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer account management
  • Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Educating and networking with key prospect and customer contacts
  • Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders including CPOs, VP’s Supply Chain, and others
  • Negotiate contracting activities for large, complex deals
  • Develop long term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer accounts
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption within assigned accounts
  • Relay customer needs and requirements back to internal Lowe’s teams including Product Management and Customer Integration Teams
  • Drive periodic innovation aimed at improving customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal Lowe’s stakeholders
Required Education/Experience:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5 to 8+ years of B2B large enterprise sales and/or account management experience
  • 5+ years of direct or indirect sales leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (eProcurement), System-Integration and Tender-Processes at large enterprises
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
  • Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
  • A passionate, self-starter, ready to take Lowe’s local customer experience to the next level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Education/Experience:
  • University degree ideally in a technical or analytical discipline, MBA preferred
  • Expert use of CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com), MS Office Suite, and other systems
