The Opportunity
To support our continued growth in the Emerging Markets, Shutterstock is strengthening its sales team and seeking a Client Partner, SMB for Middle East. Your mission will be to focus on customer relationship retention and optimization.
This person will be located in our office in Berlin. Applications must be submitted in English language to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining accounts while ensuring client satisfaction
- Ensuring the success of our mid-market / SMB accounts through building trust-based relationships within our client organizations
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets in designated territory
- Drive proactive retention strategies for renewals and upside from existing customer base
- Provide solutions and other product offerings through site demos and presentations to customers
- Own entire sales-cycles and present agreements to executives on a local and regional basis
- Educating customers on the full Shutterstock product portfolio identifying upsell opportunities
- Strengthening Shutterstock awareness within assigned account list
Required Skills and Experience:
- Able to conduct business and negotiate contracts in English
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- 3+ years’ experience in sales
- Experienced with high-volume calling and converting lapsed accounts
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective with email or phone in reaching decision makers and closing sales
- Ability to foster relationships with key decision makers
- Proven results in consistently exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Salesforce or another CRM/MAP
