Customer Success Manager, Supporting Portugal
Shutterstock has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to build out the Portuguese market. This role will be based remotely from Spain. An CS Manager is what we call a cutting edge, service-oriented, relationship-driven powerhouse. Our CS Managers think outside the box and present our clients with solutions to their content requirements. The team is fast-moving, partnering with our most valuable customers on global creative projects and promoting our vast range of assets and tools to the Portuguese market.
You will be responsible for:
- Growing revenue, education and solution adoption with Clients and Partners
- Ensuring the success of our Enterprise accounts through building trust-based relationships within our client organizations
- Delivering premier customer service, understanding client business drivers and project cycles
- Providing daily, high-touch communication with clients; managing their accounts including transactional support, research, and account administrative functions with support from our Sales Administrators
- Providing creative solutions through site demos and presentations to customers
- Proactively enhancing and streamlining workflows within the department to help facilitate the growth and expansion of accounts
Your skills should include:
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success or Account Manager working with Enterprise client
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a client-facing role
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to bring personality and engagement to every customer interaction, love building relationships in person, via phone, text, and email
