Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

Provides technical support and basic development for computer applications and programs. Uses diagnostic tools and/or analyzes and uses vendor specifications to troubleshoot complex computer application problems to maintain or restore service or data to programs, leads the resolution of complex issues or escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements. Updates and completes documentation, procedures and user guides. Understands BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas and analyzes changes for risk to the environment. Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan. Provides assistance and guidance to less experienced staff. Will provide Operational support for multiple Finance applications including middleware.

• 3+ years of application development and implementation experience
• 2+ years of MS SQL server experience

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 1+ year of Autosys experience
• Remedy experience
• Exposure to Wells Fargo PAC2000 -WF's ticketing system based on Remedy application
• UNIX experience
• Knowledge and understanding of technology application support: production and nonproduction environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally

1+ year OS Patching/Vulnerability Remediation experience
2+ years supporting applications on servers in a corporate environment
Ability to interact with both Line of business and Technical partners and ability to communicate concepts between the two using plain business language
