What you’re good at

The Affiliate Relationship Manager – Enterprise Group role is responsible for managing the advisor (field) office level relationships of many of Schwab Advisor Services’ (AS) largest and most complex clients. The efforts of this individual will be highly coordinated with Sr Relationship Managers within the Enterprise team, who in tandem will be supporting both the home office and advisor (field) office relationships with Schwab. With the overall focus being providing a superior overall relationship management experience to, and pursuing opportunities to win custody assets influenced or advised by the Enterprise client base. As part of the Enterprise team, this role will work with firms whose influence stretches broadly across the Schwab AS’ business, either through a significant geographic footprint or through products and services utilized by other advisors.

What you have

  • A minimum of 7 years financial services experience and 1-3 years of B2B sales/consulting experience in the financial services industry is required.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales ability managing complicated B2B relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with navigating across large organizations on behalf of clients.
  • Strong client focus and a track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Substantial knowledge of the RIA Industry, including competitors’ offerings, service structure, and business development approach.
  • Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
  • Ability to travel consistently to meet with clients in the field.
