Senior Business Analyst- TTS ASO Infrastructure

Job Description

This position will be part of the overall the Global TTS Client Operations Infrastructure team, which is focused on improving our processes, quality, vendor management and utilization of technology platforms that support the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements that support ongoing and impactful change. The individual will be considered as a valued member of the supervisor/management team and will be expected to be flexible to taking on additional assignments as required to ensure that ASU becomes best in class.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute against the Global ASU infrastructure and transformation strategy, inclusive of Operational Efficiency, Standardization, Digitalization and Commercialization of our core Account Services Platforms
• Be an SME for all initiatives responsible for and drive to effective completion
• Develop comprehensive and detailed business requirements for the proposed global, regional and local systems and focus on development of the business and client solutions
• Develop and manage project scope, budget, and timelines
• Manage Operational Readiness activities for all programs in your remit, including end-user testing and training, release communications , PVT testing and post-migration support
• Identify, monitor, and resolve project and cross-partner issues from client and user perspective
• Provide management with multiple solutions to business issues along with the pros and cons of each
• Monitor, update and communicate project timelines and milestones
• Ability to identify and prioritize the “need to haves” vs. the “nice to haves”
• Proactively identify and drive to completion action items without the need for multiple follow-ups with management
• Build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Keep abreast of all Regulatory and Industry changes. Plan and solution for these changes. Determine client and business impact and develop plans to ready both for changes
• Support an effective SDLC process that fits the risk profile of the project/platform
• Adhere to the yearly technology roadmap outlined by Account Services Operations

Experience & Capabilities

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services plus Project Management skills
• Ability to analyze and develop strategies tailored to needs of the client and business users
• Ability to facilitate in-person and web-based video/audio conference training sessions
• Ability to lead multiple, complex projects to successful completion of goals and directives of management
• Superior analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, innovative
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment,
• Execute tasks effectively in order to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience communicating with a variety of audiences (i.e. business partners, senior management, client)
• Energetic; demonstrated ability as a collaborative team player
• Experience using MS Office Suite; including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Visio a must
• Proficient with MS suite of applications inclusive of Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
• Fluent in English
• Certification in project management e.g. (PMP) a plus
