Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of Sales Administration associates
  • Manages the order portfolio of all our site’s customers
  • Manages the customer service improvement action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensures the continuity of the Sales Administration processes on site
  • Controls and pilot the evolution of our system within the Sales Administration functional
  • Manages daily and weekly the customer priorization in collaboration with the planning & logistic functions aiming at maximizing
  • Analyzes the order portfolio and every gap to forecast
  • Contributes to the site performance through
  • Participates to the daily operational briefing to influence site priorities
  • Contributes to the improvement of the overall site customer service
  • Ensures the systems maintenance and participates to the projects within scope of responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Strong problem resolution and communication skills
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Ability to cooperate efficiently in a team
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in changing circumstances
  • Very good MS office knowledge
  • Fluent English (C1)
