This position is for a Seasoned Quality Compliance professional. Works as an individual contributor to achieve objectives that have a significant impact on area of responsibility. May manage Quality Compliance processes and/or projects. Uses experience and knowledge to influence processes, standards, and plans to improve compliance with internal and external standards.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and makes recommendations for procedures and metrics that support compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Provides research and explanations of policies, government regulations, and agency guidelines to ensure compliance with external standards.
  • Implements minimum standards, tools, and methods to ensure the effectiveness of existing quality processes and sustain quality performance improvements.
  • Conducts quality compliance audit processes and recommends corrective actions and process improvements in response to audit findings.
  • Reviews procedures and metrics that impact quality and makes recommendations to improve compliance with internal standards.
  • Performs product and process audits and quality audits and reviews.
  • Reviews quality data and determines if all products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Recommends corrective actions and process reengineering.
  • Prepares and maintains Quality documentation.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers as it relates to Escapes, Quality Management System Procedures, Regulations and Compliance related questions.
  • Ensure repair station is in compliance with all associated quality procedures and policies including quality requirements driven by the FAA/EASA/CAAC and future regulatory agencies
  • Assist in activities associated with supplier quality, warranty process, part purges and MRB activities
  • Perform and lead Relentless Root Cause and Corrective Action (RRCA) for any quality issues within repair station

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
