Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to design, deploy and maintain high-performance computing systems.
As part of Lockheed Martin’s Applied Research Geospatial Technology team, the successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise across multiple projects, while helping the team develop and deliver working solutions to our customers.
The position location is Greensboro, NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work within a team to prototype, implement and deliver advanced processing systems
• Design, deploy and maintain advanced computing networks
• Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of AWS, handheld devices, and networking performance
Basic Qualifications:
-Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
-Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
-Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
-Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud architectures, Microsoft HPC
• Ability to work well within a team
