You will have the opportunity to work with top industry talent, as well as own part of the narrative process from initial concept to final product. RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be working cross discipline with a diverse group of artists and engineers to deliver compelling narrative sequences within a casual, match 3 builder type game, a la Vineyard Valley.
• You will be expected to create and organize in-game chapter flow charts, as well as manage a large number of assets and moving parts between multiple disciplines.
• You will be responsible for implementing this content directly in the game, so Unity experience and any visual scripting experience is a plus.
• You will be working under tight deadlines in order to most efficiently deliver work on time at the desired quality bar.
• The primary writing will be done out of house, but you will be responsible for interfacing with both internal and external writers to ensure that the narrative is correctly represented within the game.
• You will work on a daily basis with the studio creative director, taking direction on individual scenes, and global presentation\cut scene rules in general.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are an experienced game designer (3+ yrs.) with an understanding and interest of narrative structure within a variety of game platforms and genres, but primarily mobile
• You have shipped at least one title as game designer
• You consider yourself a game designer first and foremost
• You have Unity or Unreal experience, including visual scripting
• You are capable of owning a vision for a feature from concept to completion
• You have the ability to create concise, useable documentation for cross-team consumption
• You are self-motivated, pro-active, and agile friendly
• You have a strong interest in F2P mobile games, multiple genres
• You have excellent English skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working on a casual match-3 puzzle builder or similar
• Unity experience
• A love of storytelling within any medium
• The desire to join a team of inspired, talented, and talking animals
