Job Description

Accountable to the Director, Customer Management (Acting Disney+ Lead)
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Some diary management for the leadership team
  • Co-ordinate meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, organise conference calls
  • Prioritise daily workload, in conjunction with urgent requirements
  • Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries as required
  • Process expenses in a timely manner via Concur system
  • Manage filing system both maintaining and constantly improving the system
  • Manage all travel requirements including travel itineraries and bookings – both European and International
  • Ensure all travel is executed timely and with local knowledge and input
  • Raise Shopping Carts, manage Purchase Orders and receipting (SAP Casual Buyer)
  • Ensure that all communication lines are managed effectively between the Disney+ leadership team and other internal stakeholders
  • All other duties as assigned including divisional events and office management
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP and other associated administrative systems
  • Experience in a fast paced, large multi-national organisation
  • Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Skills
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Internal Disney knowledge is preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional and polite
  • Open and approachable
  • Organised and detail oriented – excellent level of accuracy
  • Able to work in a deadline driven environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic
  • Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative

Treats others with respect We are hiring a Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide administrative support to the Disney+ UK team, specifically the leadership team.
The Disney+ team is responsible for the launch and day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe and Africa, specifically focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics.
