Job Description
To strengthen our marketing team with location in Munich we are looking for a
CRM Campaign Manager (f/m/d) Disney+ Please let us know your earliest possible starting date and salary expectations
- A minimum of 4 years retention expertise from a subscription business is mandatory
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing
- KPI focused & extremely comfortable with data in self-serve environments
- Results-focused with campaign experience in test and learn at a customer and campaign level
- Proven CRM track record
- Experience delivering multiple campaigns across multi-channels Experienced working with creative teams to develop concepts and bring messaging to life
- Local language essential and awareness of local trends / preferences
- Affinity family content preferable
- Experience working in a fast-paced trading environment
- Understanding of market nuances and dynamics
- Ideally, experience of working in an international matrix organization.
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Alignment across customer facing channels in app etc.
- Optimization of baseline (creative tests)
- Develop and design messaging via E-Mail, SMS/Push etc.
- Develop and design German market specific communication campaigns to deliver against set of KPIs
- Lead overall test, evaluate the learnings and implement improvements across all lines of business
- Responsible for updating local market legal / terms of use
- Understanding of local market, competitors and CRM trends
- Alignment with digital and social team to coordinate outbound messaging
- Create own ideas to develop direct communication ideas to be rolled out in GSA
- Work with creative teams to define creative concepts and build creative assets
- Interface with regional resource for Campaign
- Delivery Performance evaluation and develop recommendations at a customer and campaign level management with KPIs
