Le département : Customer Support Services (CSS)
- Le Field : en charge de l'installation et de la maintenance de premier niveau des produits Dell EMC suivant les dispositions définies par la Corp. Il s'appuie sur la structure du Support local et international afin que les produits utilisés fonctionnent conformément aux spécifications. Il est garant de la satisfaction client.
- Le Support : responsable après-vente de la résolution deuxième niveau des incidents techniques relatifs à la maintenance matériel et logiciel des clients et ouverts formellement au travers d'outils de suivi et d'escalade.
Il est responsable de la conformité technique des procédures de maintenance des matériels ou logiciels en regard des spécificités de la Corporation.
