Description

  • Responsible for conducting and compiling moderate to complex financial analysis projects
  • Maintain, standardize, and improve financial reports and processes
  • Prepares various monthly financial reports
  • Perform or compile monthly variance analyses to forecast and prior periods
  • Perform weekly, monthly and annual administrations of the Clarity and inSight Plan/Projection tools
  • Liaison between functional leadership to complete Overhead month end close and projections
  • Assist in preparation of data for Operating Review, Business Plan and Strategic Plan Presentations
  • Assigned special projects and analysis as needed by the Manager and Director of FP&A
  • Acts as a contact for all front line personal
  • Effectively managers multiple objectives in order to maximize results; takes responsibility to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables meets expectation
  • Persuades based on facts and reason; adapts style based on interpersonal/organizational awareness
  • Focuses on creating the right solutions to address specific needs; develops solutions to unmet needs of a unique client or customer group

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on accounting/finance experience with progressive analytical responsibility required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment and ability to learn quickly.
  • The ability to adapt to new situations and interface with senior management as well as prioritize multiple projects simultaneously is key.
  • Ability to be detailed oriented and possess exceptional organizational skills and will be able to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and data base software required. Strong EXCEL skills are a must.
