Responsibilities
- Provide analytical expertise to APAC Compensation Lead to support in providing consultation to Total Rewards (TR) Partners, HR Partners, Business Leaders on compensation issues within APAC region
- Manage and support variety of projects including program design, analysis and modeling, budgeting, communication and implementation of new programs.
- Oversee and implement the annual pay cycle programs and payout process with TR partners and COE leads.
- Review, evaluate compensation proposals and provide recommendations to ensure alignment to compensation philosophy and consistent framework.
- Develop compensation programs and support related communication efforts and training materials with TR Partners for managers, employees, and HR.
- Point of contact on support escalations on employee / managers queries from TR Partners, GPS, HR Partners, COE Partners.
- Research and analyze best practices on compensation to provide insightful market information to TR Partners to support positive business outcomes.
- Develop tools, templates, knowledgebase, process documentation, training etc.
- Support compliance with applicable government regulations by monitoring new requirements and recommending process changes.
- Any other projects/duties as required to support the success of the Total Rewards COE Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in HR management, business, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of progressive compensation experience in an MNC environment.
- Positive Self-starter; Detail oriented; Creative, analytical lateral thinking.
- Strong project and organizational skill.
- Previous working experience in Compensation Consulting firm would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge on labor market surveys and/or handling considerable volume of data.
- Team Player; Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.
- Good knowledge of current labor roles and regulations within the APAC region.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Power point.
- Experience in HRIS (Workday) & relevant certification in CCP/GRP is a plus.
