Role Overview
This position is for a Quality Assurance technician who works under direct supervision. Conducts basic quality analyses and inspections. Assists in analyzing corrective actions and process reengineering. Prepares Quality Assurance materials with product design and specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Works under direct supervision to assist with the development and implementation of program quality plans and procedures
• Prepares testing plans, methods and equipment to assure reliability of products in conjunction with product design and specifications.
• Assists in analyzing corrective actions and process reengineering
• Conducts basic quality analyses and inspections.
• Prepares flowcharts, forms, communications and audits for quality implementation and compliance.
• Develops and implements program quality plans and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
This position requires an HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
