The Senior Manager of Talent Management will be responsible for providing real-time consultation to Boeing’s Global Services (BGS) division, provide leadership in the talent management space and coordinate across the Global Talent Solutions team, which includes People Analytics, Talent Acquisition and Executive Search. This individual will provide high-value, coordinated consultation and integrated solutions to tackle business challenges, pro-actively mitigate risks and ensure our business goals and objectives are met or exceeded. This individual will also anticipate future trends and design breakthrough programs to create a greater focus on employee experience, agility and culture, to enable best team and talent outcomes and leads a team that is focused on diligent continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader, influence positive change
  • Be a trusted business partner, coach, peer and mentor
  • Serve as a thought partner, consultant, and content expert to shape the Talent Management strategy on a global scale to meet the business needs
  • Build and develop a best-in-class HR function
  • Partner with other Senior Leaders to represent the Talent Management group
  • Lead enterprise HR global process work while creating and executing succession planning, High Potential, Talent Review, Talent Analytics and Executive pipeline strategies
  • Manage Talent and Center of Excellence (CoE) Partners for the Boeing Global Services team and lead HR GPO work support Recruit to Selection value stream

Employer willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with Talent Management and/or Management

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience utilizing Workday
  • Previous experience working in a Fortune 100 company
  • Previous experience working with Global Stakeholders
  • Experience managing direct reports
