Job Description

Part-time Receptionist needed to answer and direct incoming calls, greet/maintain log of visitors, assist with incoming mail, keep reception area neat and orderly as well as other various administrative duties as assigned, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Represent a positive image of CH Robinson
• Manage the office’s lobby area, including keeping the area clean and tidy
• Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
• Responsible for receiving and managing distribution of all mail and packages on a daily basis
• Place, receive and route calls
• Provide solutions to customer service issues
• Quickly and accurately deal with problems that may arise.
• Data entry and administrative functions
• Manages stock and spend of building supply inventory
• Daily replenishment and distribution of supplies throughout the building (i.e. copy rooms, break rooms, restrooms)

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive and friendly disposition
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual & committed
• High level of experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
