The Electronic Banking Helpdesk team is part of the Client Delivery team that closely cooperates with Citi Service teams, Bankers and Product teams. Electronic Banking Helpdesk serves as 1st point of contact for corporate and commercial clients. The role requires native Czech or Slovakian and intermediary to advanced level of English. Hungarian is not a must.
The Electronic Banking Helpdesk team member is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in customer related activities and providing resolutions in coordination with the Customer Service teams. The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer service support via phone and email.
