eBusiness B2B Deployment Manager. Senior Analyst.

Location – Mumbai, Bandra Kurla Office (BKC)

Office Hours – 6:30AM-3:30PM (IST Time)

They are industry experts on emerging technology in the B2B space, working closely with our top tier customers and ERP vendors in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

● Responsible for direct integration of Dell's APJ customers into the Premier Connect B2B platform. B2B online solutions are offered to Dell’s larger customers across all business verticals and are a key component to Dell’s online strategy in the Relationship business. The APJ eBusiness Senior Analyst, will work closely with the respective Global Integration Architect to on-board customers B2B Projects.

● Responsible for the professional management of Online integration projects that are priorities for both our customers and business partners. The role involves working jointly with customers, GIA’s and internal teams (and 3rd Party integrators as needed) to scope customers’ Online requests to determine and deliver the most effective P2P solution.

Essential Requirements

● Strong existing functional skills in Online integrations/electronic ordering/punch-out/online ordering, strong analytical skills, testing experience and ability to work effectively with Dell customers, business partners, and 3rd party integrators.

● Online integration technical knowledge preferred including various protocols such cXML, xCBL, OCI, EDI, webMethods.

● Experience with ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Hubwoo/Perfect Commerce, Coupa, Technology One, Service now is essential.

● Experience with Dell's Premier Page, Global Portal, Premier Connect offering, GCM, Gii and OST.

Desirable Requirements

● Strong knowledge of e-Business technologies, process definition, and escalation management.

● Experience working with an international client base and with remote and virtual teams is preferred.

● Strong English communication skills mandatory, knowledge of other APJ languages beneficial.

● Project management experience.
