Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time employee with in-depth experience in Dassault Systems Enovia and Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise. This position offers experience throughout the entire software life cycle while working directly with some of the biggest manufacturing enterprises in the world. In this position, employees will engage customers to determine software needs, design and develop appropriate solutions, and assist in the deployment and support of Manufacturing Execution System and Product Lifecycle Management solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and write documentation for functional design specifications, detailed design specifications, presentations, etc.
- Business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements and functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributing to project planning with limited dependence on management staff
- Business analysis: Collect and analyze the client’s needs.
- Solution: Analyze and provide a customized solution based on the client’s business reality.
- Architecture: Identify the needs and create the business process model. Propose a solution that meets the customer's requirements.
- Documentation: Document functional specifications.
- Process: Define deployment methodologies, integration, testing and validation.
- Train plant personnel on use of implemented solutions
- Integrate legacy systems into new platforms
- Team leader: Mentor teams on site for the integration.
- Specific duties vary from project to project.

Qualification and Experience

US Person (US Citizen or Green Card Holder), no visa sponsorships available for this position

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

3+ years in Manufacturing Consulting field
- Extensive experience implementing complex PLM solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of various object-oriented programming languages (.NET, C#, C++, etc.)
- Experience interfacing Siemens Teamcenter with external systems (SAP, LIMS, ENOVIA, Batch, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL, Store Procedures, ETL, Triggers, etc.
- Experience participating in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong client service orientation and client-facing experience
- Ability to lead and execute project plans/activities
- Pro-active thinking and behavior
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Installation and Infrastructure of all Teamcenter modules

  • Teamcenter Organization design
  • Teamcenter Query building
  • Teamcenter Reporting and stylesheets building
  • Teamcenter Dispatcher server and client administration
  • Teamcenter Visualization capacities

Preferred skills:
- Experience in Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise
- CATIA V4/V5 and its interface with Teamcenter
- Teamcenter Integration capabilities (ERP and other Lifecycle Interoperability Services)
- Other Manufacturing experience, either in Engineering or Management
