Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for an experienced HVAC Commercial Project Manager for our Jamesburg NJ location. This position has responsibility for managing building automation controls and equipment installations across the southeast. The Project Manager will work with sales, subcontractors, and operational teams to develop and deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the commercial air conditioning and building automation controls business including subcontractor management, project design, and a proven ability to develop robust relationships with other team members and customers.| Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering preferred| 5 years of commercial HVAC project management work experience
A thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and controls
Mechanical engineering skills with knowledge of local building codes
The ability to work independently to develop solutions and make complex decisions
CAD computer skills
