What you'll do:

As the Senior Finance Operations Manager , you will report to the General Manager of KeepTruckin's New Products team, One Point. You will be responsible for driving efficient financial operations within the organization in partnership with the Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvements in financial operations to ensure scalability with transaction and user growth
• Work alongside carriers to answer AP questions and streamline payment processing
• Streamline billing and AP processes
• Drive AR and AP issue resolution
• Manage One Point’s credit rating
• Manage reporting on relevant metrics, including r eporting on key metrics to One Point's leadership team bi-weekly
• Manage small billing team that works directly with carriers on AP questions

Requirements:

• Expertise in the freight brokerage industry (required)
• 5+ years experience in corporate financial leadership roles
• Experience growing finance and accounting functions within a scaling business
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people management, communication, and facilitation skills
• BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
• CPA or other relevant qualification (preferred)
