We are looking for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead-A220/E190 to work within the Business Jets program office. You will be leading cross functional groups that are both domestic and international. You will develop program plans, schedules, and budgets while supporting strategic planning efforts, solutions for program problems, contract negotiations, and managing important vendors. In addition, you will regularly interact with both internal and external customers across the various Aerostructure sites.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads a team that is responsible for adherence to program plans, schedules and cost
  • Manages important vendors and develops milestones, project plans and schedules.
  • Prepares and presents plans and progress reports to program leadership
  • Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business.
  • Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Identifies and reacts to problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and changing contractual specifications.
  • Responsible for providing coordinated feedback to the customer
  • Supervises the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the project to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Interfaces with customers for project specifications to ensure successful completion.
  • Establishes cost focused performance targets and directs work to achieve these targets.

Experience & Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR
  • Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required

Basic Qualifications

  • Project Management fundamentals
  • Experience presenting to external customers or internal senior leadership
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • MS Office experience: Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • Must be a US Person

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • SAP experience
  • Product Life-cycle Management experience (PLM) i.e. TeamCenter or ENOVIA,
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience
