Role Overview

The Director, Global Campaigns and Brand Marketing is a highly collaborative, business-savvy professional who has solid experience in executing marketing programs with sales and measuring business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute measurable campaigns. Plans the optimal mix of Reputation, Demand Generation, Sales enablement and engagement programs,
  • Drive integrated planning across Secureworks on a prioritized, cross-business, cross-audience set of global campaigns
  • Partners across the organization to build and prioritize campaign framework for the global marketing community to leverage
  • Forecast, measure, analyzes and reports on the impact of campaigns
  • Define, measure and manage Secureworks brand strategy, assessing our brands contribution to growth
  • Leads the development and elevation of our brand at every customer touch point, ensuring consistency and integrity.
  • Partner at all levels of the business to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Align people, processes, and policies to achieve strategic project/business goals
  • Orchestrates the annual marketing planning process (e.g. milestones, participants, actions, templates, calendar), ensuring marketing’s goals are aligned with sales and product objectives, and that each function’s contribution to the plan is coordinated and aligned to help achieve business objectives
  • Coordinates the budget planning and manages the budget allocation and reconciliation process
  • Ensures that marketing’s performance measurement framework is leveraged to improve key functions and campaigns
  • Supports marketing participation in business reviews

Knowledge and Skills

  • 7+ years B2B marketing experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Track record of strong partnership with sales
  • Strategic thinker, proactive and disciplined
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix organization
  • Proven project and budget management skills
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to manage drive and motivate managers.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions to offer our clients & stakeholders an exceptional level of service and meeting our business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and must be comfortable with data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization (telephone, email & face-to-face).
  • Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo, 6Sense, Demandbase); CRM (SFDC), analytics and reporting (Tableau, BI, Domo) required.
  • Experience with SiriusDecisions frameworks, models and best practices.
  • Travel up to 25%
