Job Description

  • Coordinates sales order processing
  • Maintains and updates orders
  • Executes manually all commercial changes, including: adding, deleting, allocation and moving of commercials
  • Supports Creative Solutions with Sponsorship Execution
  • Supports and enhance agency relationships by monitoring client requests to ensure scheduled commercial spots air correctly
  • Assists with troubleshooting commercial operation issues and problems
  • Supports assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis after the close of a sale
  • Maintain close communication with commercial operations and sales planners to successfully execute each campaign
  • Update flowcharts when needed if orders are modified
  • Can operate within the context of highly defined, routine processes and procedures adhering to organizational deadlines
  • Proven leadership & problem solving skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Proven leadership & problem solving skills
  • Has experience and enjoys both working independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Interested in working in a fast paced, team environment
  • Experience in related industry not necessary but preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree

Global Ad Operations leads the operational function for the Disney Ad Sales team. The Global Ad Operations team focuses on the functions of planning, account management, trafficking, scheduling and sponsorship for the linear & digital business for ESPN, ABC, FreeForm, FX, NatGeo & Disney. The Ad Operations Associate position will be responsible for booking, tracking and updating all television orders across various feeds in Latin America. ESPN, the Worldwide Leader in Sports, is the leading multi-national, multimedia sports entertainment company featuring the broadest portfolio of multimedia sports assets with over 50 business entities.
Required Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree
