Job Description

Disneyland Paris operates around sixty shops, around 150 restaurants, around ten costume distribution points and maintains around fifty attractions every day.
Have you ever wondered where the Mickey plush, Cinderella's dress, Minnie's headband came from? How the attractions, the parade floats came into being? How all this was possible and most importantly, who was hiding behind the scenes to accomplish all of this?
Well, it is Disneyland Paris’ Traffic department, the import/export department made up of a dozen people whose missions are to import all types of products from all over the world, from merchandising to mechanical parts for our attractions or even more exotic elements such as costumes for our parades.
Your Mission?
In order to be able to find the right products at the right place at the right time, the Import/Export Analyst must know how to optimize the transport of goods (road, air, sea, rail) and ensure that the defined strategy is applied in compliance with international transport and customs regulations.
To do this, you will need to:
  • Actively participate in the choice of transport tenders.
  • Organize transport, coordinate the delivery of orders and clear customs on products in conjunction with all internal and external partners (purchasing, logistics, scheduling, etc.) in accordance with the pre-defined specifications.
  • Carry out, analyze and deploy transport monitoring (regulatory and market evolution) and ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Assist, advise and guide internal partners regarding the company's freight transport constraints.
  • Contribute to improving existing communication procedures and tools while keeping in mind the constraints and requirements of other services and the current transport regulations.
  • Implement and develop tracking, business analysis and irregularity management tools.
  • Analyze the various activity reports and anomaly reports and make recommendations hierarchy.
Your Profile?
  • You ideally have a 4/5-year degree in International Trade or Transport and Logistics plus a minimum of 3 years' experience or 5 years' experience as an analyst in the import/export field.
  • Pack Office: Word, Powerpoint and Excel (including pivot tables).
  • Languages (Read, Write, Speak): French fluent level C1 and English intermediate advanced level B2.
  • Clear and synthetic written and oral skills (communication with internal customers, external service providers, freight carriers association for benchmarking) essential.
