Support integration of engine control and sensing system products for Pratt & Whitney Engine Systems (PWES) commercial engine platforms.Participate in analyses, field reliability / failure investigations, and system level testing.Assist in the requirement management process.Work with IPTs through various stages of the design lifecycle.

Skills/Competencies:

Analytical thinking – complex problem solving techniques, fault tree analysis, designing / executing test plans, processing large amounts of data

Knowledge, or willingness to learn:

MATLAB

General scripting tools

Unigraph (P&W plotting tool)

DOORS (requirements management)

Sherlock (engine control system logic diagrams)

UI (test rig user interface for engine control system)

Dymola (physics-based dynamic modeling laboratory)

Communication:

Participate in communicating technical information to Collins / P&W leadership

Collaboration: Ability to work with stakeholders to develop assist and refine specifications and requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field of study from an accredited institution
• Must have GPA of 3.0
• Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework
