Requirements

• University students in any disciplines, regardless of seniority
• Effective communication skills and analytical skills, with ability to manage complexity
• Self-motivated, creative and entrepreneurial
• Interested in the beauty business
• Proficient in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
• Authorized to work in Hong Kong

Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Intern

• Support Visual Merchandising team preparing and planning for new launches and promotions
• Strive for in-depth understanding of merchandising through hands-on project experiences
• Work with marketing team for designing Point of Sales and launch-guidelines; coordinate printings and its distribution
• Update planograms for product display in stores
• Regular in-store visits and update the competitor analysis report
