Full-time CSB Brazil Rotation Program

At Dell, we are seeking talented and motivated candidates to play a key strategic role during this time of exciting transformation. Our Full-time CSB Brazil Rotation Program, SOAR, is designed to accelerate the breadth of your experience in a way that few other programs and companies can provide.

SOAR Program gives early-in-career CSB professionals the opportunity to experience four different CSB roles in two years. Your assignments will be individually structured to leverage your academic experience, enhancing your CSB knowledge and creating a personalized development plan best suited for you. Our program prepares you with the experience and expertise needed to succeed in your role after the program. We also offer organizational and leadership developing initiatives, cross-functional experiences, exposure and networking opportunitites to the rotationers.

Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, preferably with an sales org concentration
• Previous CSB (or sales orgs) experience
• Strong drive for results
• Effective team player and cross-functional contributor
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and motivated
• Passion for analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced or fluent English skills 85-90% (communication, written and verbal)
• Time within Dell: 1 year - minimum

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a combination of strong business acumen and interested of development his/her career in CSB or equivalent areas. This position requires an ability to collaborate, navigate ambiguous situations, and work in a fast-paced environment.

The rotationers will be based in BCC and should have availability to travel. No relocation costs included for those are not based in the region. Also, the candidate must attend the Dell elegibility requirements that can be assessed in this link.
