GBS operates as a global organization supporting various GM functions including Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales and a growing list of new business partnerships.Position OverviewThe Business Transformation Analyst serves as a key business partner enabling efforts to identify problems and improve business processes and performance through creative solutions. This is a high energy role that requires reimagining, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.In this role you will have the opportunity to:
  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of the business and be the person that can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
  • Establish, own, and proactively manage relationships with the business and IT at appropriate levels
  • Collaborate globally, cross-functionally, and with various levels within the organization
  • Innovate and deliver solutions that impact the results for the company

Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, Business or a related field
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Consulting, IT, and/or a related field
  • Highly flexible skillset to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, enabling business goals, internal communications, ad hoc analysis, coordination and leadership of projects, and contributions to team culture
  • Ability to frame decisions and contribute a strong point of view on how to solve problems
  • Be a strategic thinker who can drive results and be able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills – able to lead/influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful projects
  • Results and detail oriented with strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated and able to think under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
