The APAC Regional Marketing will work closely with regional direct sales, partners and customer success teams in Asia Pacific market to plan and execute marketing activities that generate demand and build new sales and retention and expansion pipeline. Specific activities include but not limited to events, seminars, tradeshows and webinars. Fluency in English (Business Level) required.
Primary responsibilities of the APAC Regional Marketing include:
- Work closely with the APAC Sales and Customer Success teams and partner resellers to ensure that marketing campaigns such as events, seminars, executive roundtables and webinars are implemented and optimized, focusing on quality rather than quantity
- Be instrumental in amplifying all Global Demand Generation activities through digital marketing in close collaboration with the Global Integrated Demand team and regionalize content to meet needs of Asia Pacific market
- Monitor and collaborate with sales to ensure all marketing generated activities are being handled by the appropriate sales resources in a timely manner
- Work with marketing analytics and operations to track, measure and evaluate program effectiveness/ROI and improve every marketing campaign
- Manage marketing calendar to ensure alignment with Global and partner programs as appropriate
- Maintain day-to-day contact with various in-region vendors
- Ensure that internal processes are followed end-to-end
- Where regionally appropriate, promote Vision Critical events, online articles, webinars and etc. on the regional web properties and on social media channels
- Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals
Required Skills and Experience
- The capacity to deal with a large workload and the work ethic to match,
- Excellent organizational skills
- 5+ years of high-tech marketing experience. Specific experience with Enterprise software desirable.
- Experience managing and executing B2B direct marketing customer lead generation and acquisition programs in Asia
- Experience working with partner resellers to enable partner marketing programs
- Experience in managing and executing a variety of marketing events and programs
- Ability to think strategically and align multiple stakeholders’ groups
- Strong, demonstrated understanding of localized marketing approaches to acquisition and customer retention;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Experience with modern marketing technology including Pardot, SDFC and other demand platforms
- Fluency in English (Business Level)
