Job Description

Goals & Objectives

Overlook and be fully responsible for a cluster of WeWork locations and be a role model to illustrate WeWork’s core values and achieve our mission and goal.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Management

Manage performance of WeWork locations within the cluster, deliver revenue as well as growth targets to achieve building KPIs and control P&L

• Be the cluster owner and guide the team to identify new business development opportunities and ensure success and profitability of the business
• Lead the team to control cost and expenses, match budget targets and optimize the profitability of the operation
• Be knowledgeable about the industry and keep up to date about business trends

Community Management & Events

Lead the team to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction and identify opportunities to create connections

• Guide the team to create impact and experience that connects members and experience

Building Management

Make sure all buildings within the cluster runs smoothly in all operational aspects

• Guide the team to design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience
• Regular cluster visit and field coaching to make sure all locations operate under WeWork standard

Team Management
Unleash the superpower of your team members and manage the team to reach the goals as a whole

• Convert KPI into actions and can inspire the team to reach the goal with innovation
• Deliver constructive feedback and lead the team to grow with strong mentorship skills
• See challenges from a holistic view and yet is able to tackle issues with detail-oriented mindset
• Be knowledgeable about the industry and keep up to date about competitors and trends

Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor/Master graduate with at least 13 years of work experience
• Strong management experience with entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion and understanding for WeWork’s mission and values
