Job Responsibilities:

• Fully Responsible for the financial controlling area of the unit
• Securing accurate budgeting forecasting and books of the I D practice Ensure accurate Reporting and coordinate to the I D Global team Costs and KPIs management
• Gross labor costs gross non labor spend IDC BDC in Service Lines KPIs FTEs ARVE Money ARVE ADRC Offshore Leverage and Pyramid Reviewing SSV Bookings
• Revenue and CM reports for the Global Practice of the BU s Responsible for implementing Regional policies and internal control within the Global Practice Finance point of contact for Capacity Resource Management Group HR Recruitment
• Service line operations Key member and partner to the Regional Management team to secure of the objectives of the unit Drive margin related discussions with the business managers and sector controllers
• Driving cost management plans with the Global leadership aligning short term and long term objectives Directly reporting to Deputy CFO I D
