The Systems Support Analyst directly supports North American sales operations and elevator product configuration. The Systems Support Analyst’s primary responsibilities will be to provide sales team support in a help desk team role while individually contributing to team objectives. This includes analyzing and interpreting elevator and escalator design rules defined by the Engineering team and determining the appropriate logic to implement in a sales configurator. The Systems Support Analyst will be based at our North American manufacturing facility in Florence, SC.

Candidates must:

  • Be willing to answer phone calls from sales team in a help desk capacity and provide friendly and helpful direction toward a solving their problem.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of sales order and/or pricing configuration software, including BI report functions (Ex.: Salesforce, etc.).
  • Show a history of on-time project delivery.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to apply logic to solve problems.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal direction.
  • Be able to demonstrate a history of working in cross-functional teams, respecting individual differences, and welcoming diverse thinking.
  • Communicate a clear understanding of subject matter and offer informed suggestions to improve processes.
  • Demonstrate participation in change management processes.

*Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Familiar with project management principles and processes.
  • Experienced at working cross-functionally with offshore IT teams.
  • Experienced at conducting/participating in user training sessions.
  • Able to demonstrate familiarity with CRM, PLM, and ERP systems.
  • Able to demonstrate use of continuous improvement tools (Ishikawa, 5 why’s, kaizen, etc.) to improve processes and possess a certification in a continuous improvement program.

*Education / Certifications

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and/or Business Administration or higher and 1-3 years of related professional experience, or an Associate’s degree in a similar discipline with 4-7 years of related experience.
