Boeing Guidance and Repair Center is looking for a candidate to work on multiple programs in support of production and repair contracts. This site provides a unique work atmosphere where the employee can learn about a variety of programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver Planning & Scheduling to products aligned to the Boeing Program Management best practice to ensure successful program start up and execution throughout the program lifecycle for various types of programs such as production and repair
• Load demand for production programs based on production schedule
• Develop and manage production schedules with various stakeholders
• Develop program planning strategies and approach plans, maintain Master Assumption Lists and develop Program Deliverables and Responsibility Matrix Workbooks (DRW) (incl. WBS/OBS/RAM)
• Develop Schedule Ground Rules & Assumptions (SGR&A), High Level Flows, Proposal Summary Schedules, Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules, ensuring key internal / external customers and supplier schedules are integrated
• Undertake Supplier schedule assessments, IMS multi-functional IMS deep dives, Schedule Risk Management (RIO & SRA), Scenario Plan and schedule Change Management
• Establish and maintain Schedule baselines, maintain schedule forecast, undertake schedule analysis including Critical and Driving path
• Identify and support the management of program schedule risks, issues and opportunities
• Report program schedule status and performance metrics to program leadership team and Customer
• Identify and implement IP&S process, quality and productivity improvements
• Provide training and mentoring to lower level employees

Export Control:

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

• 3-5 years experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Program scheduling experience
• Production scheduling experience
• Use of production scheduling tools and applications
• Use of open plan professional and/or Microsoft project

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
