Our Opportunity

The Logistics Information Management System (LIMS) Full Stack Administrator is a permanent member of the LIMS Team, falling under the broader Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Team.

The purpose of the position is to:

• Support the Full LIMS Software Stack for both the Acquisition Contract and Support Contract over the Development and Operation (DEVOPS) Lifecycle
• Support the ILS and Support team in LIMS related aspects of the project with all stakeholders
• Support of the LIMS Software including administration design, development, interfacing, testing, documentation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support and maintenance of the Logistic Information Management System (LIMS) user accounts and role-based access control (RBAC) profiles
• Work with the LIMS functional team to develop solutions in LIMS and coordinate support and development efforts based on received user feedback
• Development and maintenance of the LIMS User and administration manuals
• Development and maintenance of LIMS Acceptance Test Procedures
• Performance and reporting of LIMS functional tests
• Support the development of training plans and materials for LIMS users
• Support adaptation of the platform to meet evolving organisational and Customer needs
• Provide general support, administration, and maintenance of the LIMS platform and associated applications including backup and recovery

About You

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV ICT or computer science.

• IT Operations and Support experience and couple of years of experience with Data management system administration in an enterprise environment.
• Must have experience with SQL, JavaScript and HTML
• Web Application Full Software Stack Systems Administration
• Experience in DEVOPS and AGILE Software Lifecycle activities
• Highly self-reliant and resourceful
• Good communicator
