If so, we would like to invite you to make a difference for Oral Care consumers in North America!P&G’s Oral Care Professional and Scientific Relations group is responsible for growing the brand equity of Crest and Oral-B. We share awareness about the importance of good oral hygiene and the superiority of our technologies by creating scientific exchange materials with and for key dental professional thought and opinion leaders. You will be responsible for building partnerships among thought leaders and key associations throughout the Oral Care community. We are looking for someone who will develop joint business strategic plans and strong consistent working relationships with influential dental professional associations. You will work closely with our Communications, Commercial, and Research and Development teams to represent dental professional and public health trends. We offer growth opportunities in this role which allows for future career advancement and the exposure to senior executives.As part of our R&D and Professional organization, you will design and deliver best-in-class scientific trainings to the external professional community and internal sales organization highlighting our advanced technologies across the product portfolio. Your real passion for the marketplace and for communicating with and understanding the needs of patients and external customers regarding dental health are a win for our consumers!

Qualifications

REQUIRED
- DDS, DMD, LDS or RDH
- Willing to travel 50% of the time
- Technical mastery in patient care in the dental health field.
- Leadership, self-motivation, strong credentials, integrity, respect, and be an accepted and recognized influence among Key Thought Leaders and Associations.
- Strong desire to understand product technologies and to input to future product innovations based on dental professional requirements.
- Effective interactions with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse multifunctional work teams that involve R&D and commercial members, and external professional dental experts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are important to listen, learn, and understand while communicating effectively both internally and externally.
DESIRED
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Currently practicing with license and/or
- Experience for dental care product manufacturer in a similar role
- Public relations or media experience
